Bansertra Co., Ltd has worked out the business development of the new product “Transglutaminase” from Micro-Tech Food Ingredients, Inc. (Taiwan) as an enzyme that catalyzes and cross-linking proteins through the formation of covalent bonds in meat processing in generally and vegan foods(tofu or soya bean) in particularly.

The products have helped to solve many problems in bonding the trimming meats, texture improvements and weight retention. Many customers are happy with this new bio-technology and help reducing some Phosphate-based products in the mixing formulas which can affect on the natural flavors of beef, pork, shrimp, fish, poultry and even tofu.
